On Wednesday 1st June P1 and P2 children, staff and parents took part in a Cultural Day

The children were told stories in French, Lithuanian and Polish. They played playground games and sang head, shoulders, knees and toes. They learned about henna and how it is applied and made patterns of their own. They watched a Bollywood dance and learned a few steps. They also learned a ceili dance. They learned a nursery rhyme in Tagalog. They learned about Pakistan- the culture, sport and some facts as well as watching a cartoon in Urdu.
