Blue skies and warm weather graced this year’s Muddy Marathon. Perfectly timed on the same weekend as the Belfast Marathon, our pupils displayed all the athleticism, determination and enjoyment of the best marathon runners. Running as a year group, they made sure to earn all of their sponsorship money, while having lots of fun with their friends along the way. All of our staff put in the work too, racking up an impressive step count by lunchtime. Huge thanks to our Fundraising Team, as always, for all that they do to ensure that we continue to raise funds for our school. Your work does not go unnoticed. Our Muddy Marathon runners really appreciated the treat on return to school. Thank you also to all parents, guardians, grannies, grandads, extended family and neighbours who sponsored our pupils in support of our school, and lined the marathon route to cheer us on. We will reveal the grand total raised in the very near future.
