Our P5-7 pupils have accepted an exciting reading challenge laid down by Antrim Library Staff. They are taking part in a fun, team-based challenge designed to encourage reading for pleasure. Pupils will take part in teams of three or four and aim to read as many books as possible over the month of May — all while competing against the Antrim Library staff! Each participant will receive a booklet to track their reading, and there will be weekly leaderboard updates in the library to keep motivation high. At the end of the challenge, winning teams will receive prizes. There will be ongoing updates on how many books each team has read and a leaderboard in the library. Families can visit the library to see for themselves how many books have been read, and they can see how many books the library staff have read too. Come on St. Comgall’s, let’s beat the Library Staff! WHEN 1st MAY ARRIVES, LET’S GET READING!
