Our school proudly sent two teams to compete in the Mount St. Michael’s Cross-Country event, and what a performance they delivered! Representing the boys’ team were Darragh, Zac, Cormac, Ryan, Connor and Ger, while the girls’ team was made up of Eimear, Anna, April, Ava, Priya and Christina. Both teams showed incredible determination, teamwork and resilience throughout a tough and competitive course. The girls’ team powered their way to an outstanding 3rd place overall, while the boys’ team followed with a fantastic 2nd place finish. A huge congratulations goes to Zac McNally, who ran an exceptional race to claim 1st place overall in the boys’ event — an outstanding achievement! Special recognition must also go to Ger, who finished an impressive 8th overall out of 52 runners. This makes his performance even more remarkable as he is only in Primary 5. Well done to all our runners for representing the school with such pride and determination — you should all be incredibly proud of your achievements!
