Our Eco Team started indoor seed planting today in preparation for Spring. Broccoli, sweetcorn, cabbage, leeks and carrots were planted, ready to be moved outside when the weather gets warmer. We can’t wait to sample some savoury treats later in the year when all of these vegetables are harvested. Thank you for all your hard work Eco Team.
