Our Literacy Learning Support groups have been busy developing their knowledge of vowels and vowel diagraphs (two letter sounds) with Mrs. O’Donnell through interactive phonic and reading activities. Did you know that while vowels are the building blocks of every word in our language, they can be complex to learn? Although there are only 5 vowels in our alphabet, there’s up to 22 different vowel sounds to master!
