This week P.1A were learning about weight. Tony made some fantastic giant bucket scales for outdoors so that P1 could practise weighing using lots of different items. In the classroom the boys and girls had a go at estimating which vegetable would be ‘lighter than’ or ‘heavier than’. Once they estimated they had a go at weighing using the bucket scales. In their books they recorded their findings. P1 love to use the outdoor scales every day at play. Thank you Tony!
