Yesterday, our Primary 6 children enjoyed a fun and meaningful Shared Education morning with Antrim Primary on the theme of ‘Connect.’ The day began with pupils creating a kindness paper chain, filled with kind words and thoughtful compliments for one another. We then brought the activity outdoors, joining the chains together to create one large chain representing both schools. Afterwards, the children enjoyed time playing together and strengthening friendships through shared fun. Back in the classroom, pupils created portraits of one another inspired by the style of Cubism. Children exchanged the portraits at the end of the day, to celebrate each other’s creativity and individuality.
