Primary 7 pupils from our school joined together with Antrim Primary School this week for a Shared Education project focused on giving back to their community. With litter pickers, gloves and bags kindly provided by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, the pupils set out across several areas of Antrim to help tidy and care for the local environment. Their teamwork, enthusiasm and community spirit were clear to see as they collected litter and helped make a positive difference to shared spaces. After their clean‑up efforts, the pupils visited Antrim Library, where they worked collaboratively to create informative posters. These highlighted what they had learned about environmental responsibility, community pride and the impact small actions can have on the world around them. It was a great day of learning, teamwork and community engagement. Well done to all our Primary 7 pupils for representing their schools so brilliantly!
