On Wednesday 7th May our Student Council attended an event organised by NSPCC in Antrim Library called Talk Pants. Here we participated in lots of activities to reinforce the key messages of Pants week. This helps all children stay safe from people who could make us feel uncomfortable, to help us understand that our body belongs to us, and how we should tell a safe adult that we trust if anything makes us feel upset or worried. We were treated to a read-a-long of ‘the Power of PANTS’ book and an opportunity to meet Pantosaurus! We have loads of ideas to reinforce our classroom learning next week in school.
