In P4A, we have been learning all about the weather as part of our topic ‘Weather Watchers’. We have been taking part in all things weather related this week in school. We began our week with some outdoor learning. We sat outside to take in the surroundings and we then used this as inspiration for our weather poems created back in the classroom – the children created some wonderful work! We were also busy learning about weather forecasts. We learned about different parts of Ireland, the UK and what weather we can experience. The children got to create their own weather forecast and present it to the class to finish our week of learning. Frank Mitchell and Barra Best better watch their backs as there are some very promising weather forecasters in P4A!
